Why Biscuit Jar exists

Gluten-free should still make you reach for another spoonful

Biscuit Jar began with a simple frustration: people avoiding gluten were missing out on the deep, caramelised biscuit flavours everyone else could enjoy.

So we make our own gluten-free biscuits and turn them into indulgent spreads, crunchy crumbs and moreish granolas in small batches near Bath and Bristol. The result is delicious first, thoughtfully made and only just getting started.
